Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Motor-Power-Company 5S 20 B5/M63 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Motortronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mtl product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Motortronics such as the LC58P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MTL5011B manufactured by Mti and we are pleased to be able to service most Mti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MTL2313A by Manufacturer Mtl as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Motor-Power Brand 102550F991201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lin-Engineering such as 5718L03P12 equipment made by Lin-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lin-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lin-Engineering" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UC3100 made by Moxa as well as the popular MTL5042 original spares produced by Mtl

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 236 by Msi and 5718L03P12 spares by Lin-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EDS316T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moxa.
